en séjournant au Turquoise Hostel, on se sent comme une VIP... un accueil exceptionnel. Le dortoir pour femme est très cosy. Tshenara est une personne lumineuse, toujours souriante et disponible

O Turquoise Hostel, em Bucareste, é um hostel mais tranquilo e muito agradável. Chegamos tarde e fomos muito bem recebidos, inclusive porque a recepção funciona 24 horas. Uma coisa que chamou nossa atenção foi que, para entrar no hostel, o recepcionista pediu que tirássemos os sapatos e colocássemos slippers. Acredito que seja um costume bastante comum por lá e achei interessante, além de contribuir para manter o ambiente limpo. O quarto era excelente, espaçoso e confortável. O banheiro também estava muito limpo e era muito bom. No geral, tivemos uma ótima experiência. Um hostel tranquilo, organizado, limpo e com um atendimento muito bom. Não temos nada a reclamar.

Very disappointing stay. I found what appeared to be bed bugs in the bed/mattress, and I also noticed signs that made me concerned about a possible infestation. This was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable for a place offering accommodation. The location is about a 30 minute walk from the city centre, and the surrounding area did not feel particularly safe, especially at night. There were people sleeping rough and apparently using drugs nearby. The restaurant downstairs is another major issue , strong cooking smells come into the accommodation, and at times they were overwhelming and made it difficult to breathe comfortably. Everything else was okay, but these issues seriously affected my stay. I would not return.

Great !! I’ve stayed 3 different times at turquoise hostel. The owner of the hostel was welcoming and friendly. I stayed in 8 bed-female bedroom, area was always clean and quiet. Bathrooms are always cleannnn. Hostel is safe you can keep your staff in lockers. Close to the bus station and markets by walking. The only disadvantage is stairs 🙂 If you come with a big luggage don’t forget to ask for a help !!! Overall, it is a nice hostel to accommodate ☺️

The entire hostel is kept very clean and is carefully managed by the owner. It is located in a quiet area, within walking distance of bus stop and subway station. Highly recommended!

12 yabancı ülke gezdim, ilk defa halısı ve taharet musluğu olan bir hostelde kaldım. Bükreş'te küçük Türkiye'de gibiydim. Kısacası sıcacık, rahat, güvenli, ilgili. Özellikle de benim gibi yalnız gezginlerdenseniz hiç düşünmeyin derim. İsmail abi ve Çınar Hanım'a ilgi ve destekleri için çok teşekkür ederim. Restaurantlarında hakiki Türk mutfağını da denemenizi öneririm mutlaka.

I've traveled to 12 foreign countries, and this was the first time I stayed in a hostel with carpets and a bidet. In Bucharest, it felt like I was in a mini-Türkiye. In short, it's warm, comfortable, safe, and welcoming. Especially if you're a solo traveler like me, I highly recommend it. Many thanks to İsmail and Çınar for their kindness and support. I also highly recommend trying the authentic Turkish cuisine at their restaurant.

10/10 experience! The restaurant had delicious food and the hostel was really comfortable. I met some fun people for drinks in the center and at night it was quiet. Added benefit is the private and secure parking for my car. At the end of my stay I forgot some clothes, but the staff was so incredibly helpful that they shipped it to Timisoara for me. Thank you so much!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a very pleasant experience at Turquoise Hostel Bucharest again and I would definitely recommend it. The location is very convenient, and access to the city center is easy, nearby is the bus line 104, which takes you directly to the Unirii Square area. The hostel is very clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed. A big plus is the staff, who were extremely kind and attentive. I arrived last time around 1 am and they waited for me to check in, which I appreciated immensely. I felt welcome from the first moment. I also really liked their restaurant. The food is tasty, and the fact that you can eat well right there is very convenient after a day spent in the city. Overall, a clean, comfortable place, with very nice people, good service and a very good quality-price ratio. It is an excellent choice for anyone looking for accommodation in Bucharest and wants to easily reach the center. I would love to come back! 🩷

This is best hostel i ever been in Romania and all of Europe.Very clean,quiet and the staff can acomodate with everything you ask .No more i can ask for the price.There are lot's of restaurant with 1-5 minute of walking distance ,shops and shopping mall.Not very fare from old town ,10 minute by bus .

BED BUGS!!!!! I really wanted to like this place because the hostel looks new and nice, but unfortunately my experience was very bad. I found a bedbug on my bed and showed it to the owners. I asked for a refund because I obviously didn’t feel comfortable staying there after finding a bedbug. Instead of trying to solve the problem, the owners became aggressive. For me, finding a bedbug is a serious issue. It doesn’t matter how new or nice the hostel looks if there are bedbugs in the rooms. My advice is to avoid this hostel until they properly deal with the bedbug problem and make sure it is completely gone. I would definitely not risk staying there again, and I don’t want other people to have the same experience.

レストランに併設されたホステルで、入口は裏口にある。<br/>階段を登り扉の前に来ると閉まっている。<br/>レストランに戻り、ホステル受付をお願いすると、担当に連絡するとのこと。<br/>しかし待っても反応なく、ガラスドアを覗くとスタッフは見当たらず、宿泊者がいたので開けてもらう。<br/>しかしレセプションは空でスタッフは常駐していないので、先ほどの宿泊者に連絡をとってもらうが、うまくいかない。<br/>そのためメッセージで対応お願いすると5分待ってとのことだが、結局20分後にスタッフは到着。<br/>予約後に受け取ったメッセージでRON10が別途税金が発生という旨があり、そちらを現金のみで請求された。<br/>支払い後、wappを登録を促され、そこに扉の解錠コードを受信。<br/>ベッド案内まで到着してから実に30分以上かかった。<br/>まず問題なのは、スタッフが常駐していないのであれば、事前に扉解錠コードを知らせておくべき。そうしないと外で待つはめになる。<br/>そして別途請求の税金について、airbnbの予約画面には一切表記がない。<br/>予約後にメッセージで初めて知らされるが、既にキャンセル対象で後戻りできない。<br/>airbnb規約を確認すると、記載のない請求は認められていないということで、サポートに連絡し今回はその分を返金いただいた。<br/>スタッフ不在の体制であればセルフチェックインの導入、不記載の別料金請求の2点についてはサポートに改善をお願いしたため、今後は変更される可能性はあります。<br/>施設については新しく全て清潔、ベッドにカーテン付き、早いwifiなど快適であった。<br/>ただ、冷暖房器があるが稼働するのは夜中だけで、窓もないため昼間は特に蒸し暑さを感じた。
